Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
？ Ensure the implementation of all company policies and regulations including position relevant responsibilities in the Safety Responsibility System of the company.
？ Submit change application to customer and follow up customer approval.
？ Attend change review meeting including internal and external
？ Organized PTR review and summary PTR reports when changing
？ Develop the inspection instruction for the manufacturing process.
？ Prepare the failure catalogue for manufacturing process.
？ Learn from the lesson learn to ensure that the plant processes are operating in a manner that drives lowest possible cost of poor quality.
？ Lesson learn from other projects and implement the Poka-yoke validation according to the stipulation in prototype/trial run/series control plan.
？ Output weekly and monthly internal scrap rate, and the data analyze report.
？ Responsible for conformity to product requirements have the authority to stop shipment and stop production to correct quality problems.
？ Analyze TOP 5 analysis and customer zero KM quality issue
？ Support to resolve customer complain and handle customer 0km incidents
？ Login and update the information on the Customers’ website regularly, update the customers’ score-card accordingly.
？ Conduct process audit and product audits ensures the performance and conformance to the control plan.
？ Accompanied customer audit and follow up findings
？ Submit documents according to customer special requirements
？ Develop the gage planning according the control plan to ensure process gage calibration and MSA was done regularly.
？ Validation of actions implemented.
？ Support in process and product validations (PPAP).
？ Provide layout of product to customer per year.
？ Monitor production line process capability, measuring system and their variation, and take actions in time when needed.
？ Oversee the maintenance of the process records library.
？ Organize CFT meeting, regular meeting of corrective & preventive action, improvement action and records maintenance.
？ Implement Gemba cleanliness audit daily
？ Work with team for the incident investigation and root causes correction.
？ Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
