Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
？ Ensure the implementation of all company policies and regulations including position relevant responsibilities in the Safety Responsibility System of the company
？ Execute ME/MT strategy
？ Develop and maintain related documents and process to ensure internal/external audits.
？ Research and design the new manufacturing, assembling processes, machines, tools to finish the new product development.
？ Establish and maintain manufacturing engineering standard
？ Design new production line, adjust and modify existing production lines and be involved in measuring and testing.
？ Timely launch according to project schedule and ME responsibility.
？ Ensure machines are in good condition; improve the production effectiveness, product quality, break bottle neck process, cost reduction
？ Problem solving related technology, quality, safety and Ergo
？ Collect, document and update the database of manufacturing, including machine, cutting tools’ specification and parameters.
？ Train and instruct operators.
？ Optimize operating flow and material flow.
？ Propose equipment suppliers and provide necessary evaluation documents and conduct daily supplier management.
？ Provide the technology spec to Purchasing Dept to finish the purchasing of machines and materials.
？ Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor
