Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
？ Ensure production equipment running well:
？ Repair the breakdown machines, including tooling.
？ Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
？ Plan maintenance work and execute accordingly.
？ Summary breakdown and analysis root cause ,and design prevent action，update PM
？ Identify spare parts and manage the spare parts purchasing plan and storage.
？ Analyze, diagnose, and solve all kinds of faults such as electrical and software of Production equipment
？ Create the work instruction for maintenance, take responsible for training the technicians and operators about automation. According to the production requirement, update and optimize the PLC program
？ Involve and cooperate with PE, ME, Quality and production departments work
？ Cooperate with PE and ME to finish prototype products production
？ Cooperate with ME, Quality and production to finish products, process and quality improvements.
？ Increase OEE by equipment and tooling improvements.
？ Support capital projects as needed, review and recommend details concerning the design or modifications of new and existing equipment
？ Support audit like GSSF ,TS16949 etc.
？ Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
