Assists in the implementation of the hotel’s Marketing Communications Strategy (goals, tactics and actions).

Assists the Public Relations Manager to ensure that the Marketing Communications activities are aligned with the Corporate Marketing Strategy, and the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.

§ 协助准备部门运营手册

Assists in the preparation of the Departmental Operations Manual.

§ 为部门进行行政管理支持工作

Provides administrative support to the Department.

§ 礼貌有效地处理所有内外部客人的询问，及时上报未能当场处理的问题或投诉，并立刻给客人回馈，全程跟进，保证圆满地问题解决。

Handles guest and associate enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.

Maintains records of all media and purchase agreements, contracts and quotes for the hotel.
