■Establish basic and detailed drawings of Piping, in accordance with the design and construction code specified in the contract, with E&C Hangzhou rules and standards and taking into account construction constraints indicated by technical appendix and other project’s documents;

■Establish plant layout, cold box layout, piping basic and detail design, responsible for design quality and progress;

■Check and comment the documents (PID, mechanical design ,drawings) established by suppliers or subcontractors, in his/her field of competency;

■In charge of modifying drawings and technical documents according to suggestions on review sheet;

■Assist MF to solve problems related to Design of Piping, issue DCN/NCR if necessary;

■Report to the Piping team leader on his work (work schedule, problems encountered);

■Transmit all necessary files to Project team;

■Keep the master files designed by himself and ensures it is the newest Rev.

■Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or relevant;

■Familiar with piping design and manufacture knowledge;

■Able to implement the technical standards and regulations well and hold a junior technical engineer certificate or above;

■Familiar with 3D design (PDS / SmartPlant ), word, excel and Micro station, etc.;

■Positive, open minded and rigorous, have team work spirit;

■Good English.
