• Lead PDS China sales backoffice team to manage planning, including 5 year long range plan and budgeting, monthly planning alignment with plant, new business opportunity pipeline data tracking, sales process management, etc.
• Perform market intelligence and analysis with coordination/input by marketing, strategy and customer account managers, visualize it quarterly in report.
• Prepare presentation and management report for various forums and target audiences, including files preparation for leadership meetings, external conferences and events support, etc.
• In charge of business administration including sales KPI tracking, contract management, sales data maintenance.
• Coordinate with cross BU, cross function team and global counterparts for above related subjects.
• Extend support to broader Asia sales organization where needed.
• Bachelor Degree or above, marketing / business management / vehicle engineering major preferred, Master’s degree will be a plus
• Minimum of 8 years working experience required, including at least 3 years of automotive industry / 2 years of people management experience
• Sensitive to automotive market dynamics with at least fundamental vehicle and parts knowledge
• Strong inter-personal skill, presentation skill and learning ability is a must
• Be able to perform and deliver high quality work with time flexibility
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent oral and written English required
