Mission 1
l To align training objective and develop individual work plan for the responsible area and keep in line with training strategy.
l To provide classroom and online trainings on products/makeup/sales techniques/customer service to increase the ability of selling capability in field.
l To coach BA in field to ensure what BA learned in class is used as well as to make sure BA has high standard of both skincare and makeup and service performance.
l Track progress and result on training objectives (BA selling skill and customer satisfaction) . Continuously work on improvement plan to achieve best results.
l To conduct regular BA capability assessment on knowledge/selling skill/ST service/makeup skill
Mission 2
l Be a role model of Brand spirits and values
Motivate and enable BA to be best ambassador of brand values
Others:
• Time split: Class room training 30% Beauty class/others 20% Field coaching 50%
• Travel requirement: around 50% of work time on travel due to large coverage scope
· Education/Degree or equivalent:
BACHELOR DEGREE PREFERRED
· Background including total years of experience:
At least 3-year working experience as a brand trainer in high end international skincare brand
· Soft and Leadership Skills :
Able to develop training plan in line with strategy
Passion for winning, contagious, results-oriented
· Technical Skills:
Solid classroom training skill, strong in logical thinking
Strong presentation skill on beauty salon and consumer events
Strong coaching performance on improving BA selling KPI
