Maintains complete and supported records of all Catering Sales Agreements, Contracts and Quotations for the Hotel.
建立快速的销售预定追踪系统,确保所有预定的生意已经彻底的追踪
Establishes an efficient trace file to ensure that all business booked is properly tracked.
及时向会议宴会部总监提交销售报告
Submits Sales report to Director of Event in a timely manner.
