General Description

Mainly responsible for new energy vehicles parts thermal and electromagnetic simulation, This position holds a role of FEA engineer for mechanic team, perform FE analysis to support mechanical design, failure analysis and reliability analysis. Candidates should have experiences in FE analysis including thermal and electromagnetic analysis.

Key Accountabilities

Mainly responsible for parts and system simulation includes thermal / fluent / electromagnetic analysis:

1. Necessary geometry pre-process, meshing and material property assignment ability, etc.

2. Calculate Power loss, Create FE model, define constraints, loads, etc.

3. Analysis Type: steady and transient thermal analysis , fluid pressure drop, fluid-solid coupling, conjugate heat transfer and electromagnetic simulation.

4. Post-processing of required outputs from the results file . Documentation of analysis objectives, results and conclusions.

5. Training Chinese mechanical engineer team for the simulation.

1. Mechanical 、Thermal 、 Fluid Dynamic 、 Electromagnetic Engineering or other related education background .

2. Master degree 1-3 years of experience ，or bachelor degree 3-5 years of experience in thermal 、CFD or electromagnetic simulation .

3.Expert at performing FEA simulations for thermal and CFD, electromagnetic analysis is a plus.

4. Proficient in office software and English speaking & written .

5. Strong learning ability and working under pressure .

6. Software skills : At least one thermal software (Icepak, Flotherm or 6Sigma )、Ansys Workbench、 Fluent、 Hypermesh and NX .
