Responsible for the strategy and execution of digital media and ecommerce activity for hotel. This position will support hotel marketing by developing digital marketing and Ecommerce programs. Digital marketing efforts will include: search engine marketing (including PPC and SEO), mobile marketing, display advertising, email marketing and assisting with social media planning. This position will also oversee Ecommerce activity including the management of the hotel’s web site and mini-sites.
Holds a degree in Communications or Sales/Marketing and/or Hospitality or Tourism Management .
Strong follow-up/project management.
Well developed computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office, email, COGNOS and all web based marking applications.
Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements.
Minimum two to four years work experience as E-Marketing Manager in a hotel or related field.
Essential prerequisite is experience in the Travel and Hotel industry.
