• 从技术的角度为酒店管理团队提供合理的建议,以减低酒店资讯系统的投入并最大程度的提高工作效率。
Provides technical assistance, advises to Hotel Management Team so as to minimise overhead expenses and maximise productivity in all areas.
• 协助授权使用者操作酒店信息系统硬件、各种电子元件和帮助个人电脑的使用。
Assists authorised users in relation to operation of the Hotel’s IS system hardware, various modules and supporting personal computers.
• 协助及时维修并恢复使用出现故障的系统或设备。
Coordinates timely repair and return to service of any faulty systems or items of equipment.
• 确保酒店所有信息系统设备的预防性维护得以正确的执行。
Ensures that preventive maintenance required by any IS equipment in the Hotel is carried out appropriately.
• 建立并执行程序,以确保系统数据的备份。
Establishes and implements procedures to ensure backup of data of IS system.
• 执行由于硬件或软件故障引起的数据的恢复。
Rebuilds data corrupted by either hardware or software faults.
• 协调调查和及时处理软件的问题和系统的优化。
Coordinates the investigation and timely handling of any software fault reports or enhancement requests.
• 协助及时地处理软件故障报告和优化需求。

• 制定酒店资讯系统故障应急处理程序。
Sets up emergency procedures to continue the operation of the Hotel in the event of system failure.
• 提供酒店系统使用说明,并纳入酒店相关操作程序中。
Provides manuals on the use of any IS systems and incorporates those manuals into the relevant operating procedures of the Hotel.
• 建立必要的安全评估和措施,以防止非法的访问和入侵。
Establishes necessary security measures to prevent unauthorised access to the IS systems.
• 为酒店内外部审计人员提供技术上的支持。
Provides technical assistance to internal and external audit staff.
• 和市场销售部及其他运营部门密切合作,设置并维护相关数据库,满足管理需要。
Works with Sales and Marketing Department and Operational Departments to set up and maintain clean relevant databases for management purpose.
1年及以上同岗位工作年限;
有国际联号酒店工作经验者优先考虑;
