主要职责
Main Duties
1、确保宾客服务中心高效顺畅的运作。
To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Guest Service Centre within the Rooms Division.
2、熟悉掌握酒店的产品知识及服务标准。
Be familiar with the hotel’s products and services and policies.
3、确保正确处理所有客人的留言、邮件及传真。
Ensures the efficient and timely delivery of guest faxes, messages and mail.
4、掌握最新的酒店产品知识、当前的推广、政策改变及适当的内部信息。
Ensures maintaining an up-to-date awareness of hotel product knowledge, current promotion, policy changes and appropriate internal communication.
5、确保用礼貌,有效的方式处理所有来电。
Ensures all telephone calls are handled in a polite, efficient manner.
6、对酒店和当地的产品的知识要相当了解。
Ensures a high level of product knowledge of hotel and local area.
7、确保始终提供高水准的服务。
Ensures a high level of customer service is consistently maintained.
8、确保将任何来自客人或其它部门的反馈及时并准确地汇报给宾客服务中心-主管/经理。
Ensures the Assistant Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from either customers or other departments.
9、操作总机的控制台,电话系统,并与部门的计算机程序相联系。
Operates switchboard consoles, telephone system, and associated computer equipment in accordance with departmental procedures.
10、确保所有的预定,定单,要求等等都是正确并迅速地传送到有关部门。
Ensures that all reservations, orders, requests, etc. are accurately and quickly relayed to the department concerned.
1、人际交往能力。
Interpersonal skills.
2、很强的交流沟通能力。
Excellent communication skills .
3、大专以上学历。
College degree above.
