1) Job Purpose
Inorganic Specialties business of Nouryon is looking for Account Manager of Levasil, locates in Shanghai or Guangzhou, who will be responsible for customers of different industries in China to achieve business objectives.
职位设立目标:
诺力昂无机特种化学品部门诚招 Levasil 客户销售经理,主要负责Levasil产品在中国区域内各个不同行业的销售,在中国区销售总监的指导下,执行销售战略,进行市场开发和开展销售活动。本职位预定工作地点为上海或广州。
2) Key Responsibilities
1. Manage both externally and internally for most of the customers in Construction, Battery, Foundry and some other applications in China region upon the needs of business,
2. Delivery sales budget and support RSM for global and regional sales strategy,
3. Maintain existing customer and Identify new business opportunity in related application and industries in China,
4. Monitor industry trends, market potentials, and build short to long term relationship with industry pipelines,
5. Conduct channel management and develop new potential distributors for business growth,
主要职责:
1, 管理中国区域如建筑、电池、精密铸造或其他相关行业方向的客户销售,
2, 完成销售指标,辅助中国区销售总监执行相关行业的销售策略,
3, 维护已有客户并在中国的相关应用及相关行业发展新的销售机会,
4, 紧盯行业趋势,发现市场机遇,建立对行业内短期到长期的渗透渠道,
5, 执行渠道管理并为销售增长发展新的潜在代理商体系;
3) Job Requirements:
1. 3 + years technical experience in silicane Chemical or Construction, Battery, Foundry and other related industry or related industry, show good understanding of the technical knowledge for using colloidal silica in these areas, could understand technical needs from customers and conduct the sales alone,
2. Or 5 + years sales or marketing experience in colloidal silica products or related products for Construction, Battery, Foundry and other industry, sophisticated in communicate with different level of customers, familiar with the sales network in these industries or related customers,
3. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrates respect for colleagues as well as sales partners, Passionate about working with people,
4. Strong communication and listening skills, customer orientated and focused on exceeding customer expectations,
5. Demonstrated “can do” attitude, positive approach to problem solving,
6. Degree in Chemistry, silicane Chemistry, Coal Chemistry, Petro Chemical science, or related engineering is preferred, Previous commercial experience for colloidal silica products is a plus,
任职条件:
1,具备3年以上在硅化学,或者建筑、电池、精密铸造或其他相关行业领域的技术经验,能够理解这些行业的技术要求及硅溶胶产品在其中的应用,并能够进行独自销售,
2,或者具备5年以上在硅溶胶产品,或者在建筑、电池、精密铸造或其他相关行业领域的市场或者产品销售经验,具备与行业高级管理人员交流沟通的能力,熟悉这些行业及行业中头部客户的销售网络与渠道,
3,喜欢人际沟通,能够独立工作亦能与团队配合协调,尊重同事及合作伙伴,
4,极强的聆听与沟通技巧,客户为先并致力于超越客户期望,
5,正面积极,困难情况下,坚信“我能行”,致力于解决问题,
6,需要化学,硅化学,煤化学,石油化学或相应的工程学方面的本科及本科以上的教育背景,有关硅溶胶方面产品的销售经验者优先,
