【岗位职责Job Description】

1、帮助酒店各个区域的客人拖运行李，包括接待区域，嘉宾轩和礼宾部

Assists with guest services in various areas of the hotel, such as Reception, Regency Club Lounge, Guest Service Centre or Concierge

2、保管礼宾部的日志。

Maintains the Concierge Daily Log Book.

3、及时提交所有客人/员工的事故报告。

Submits all guest / associate incident reports on a timely basis.

4、 礼貌而高效地处理所有客人和内部的投诉和询问，确保问题得到圆满解决。

Handles all guest and internal customer complaints andinquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sureproblems are resolved satisfactorily.

【任职资格Qualification】

1、领导能力，培训能力和人际交往能力。

Leadership skills, training skills and interpersonal skills.

2、很强的交流沟通能力。

Excellent communication skills.

3、熟练的计算机能力并熟悉办公软件系统。

Excellent computer skills Microsoft office and related system.

4、大专以上学历

College degree above.

5、2年以上国际酒店工作经验，1年以上同岗位经验就职经验。
