-to support Operations for any disruption in manufacturing process, and delivery with technical justifications to customer
Main activities:
-Operational activities
The jobholder is in charge of:
-Analyzing Non Conformities discovered during aircraft assembly, testing and delivery. This usually requires to trouble shoot in order to understand the witnessed system behavior and to find the root cause.
-Providing assessment of acceptability of the Non Conformity, rework or replacement solution to Non Conformity, and assessment of acceptability of the rework or replacement
-Providing stress justification for typical structural defect and daily repair.
-Providing long term solution to recurrent Non Conformities, through the proposition of design or manufacturing improvements. The design change can be initiated by design query note, followed by new modification or drawing updates.
-Creating temporary aircraft definition (through technical note or special instructions) in order to support the operational tests
