Understand Customer Requirements & Forecast, especially the rolling forecasts by working closely with Sales Dept and by direct contact with customer; Analyze the data & Create alarms to management in cases of abnormal changes in the customer forecasts potentially affecting capacity, material pipeline –shortages, excess and / or obsolete;
Communicate with Customer, sales and Engineering team to understand new launch time table and exact customer requirements; Effective planning of Model Year changes, phase In/Out;
Calculate production plan based on customer schedules and forecasts to ensure production run for right part at right time; and the weekly/daily level production plan is prepared and issued to production on time with level scheduling principles
Capacity and Occupation Planning & Identify well in advance situations when capacity becomes constraint to achieve given forecast
Maintain the lowest inventory of finished goods while achieving 100% on-time delivery to customer.
100% Shipping Window Compliance to customers and report the issues before they come
Logistics Cost Savings on Outbound delivery to Customer, and Control Premium Freight and identify situations where the premium is caused by customer
Work with Warehouse and production dept to establish and maintain the continued improvement systems
Strictly abide the EHS rules and regulations and behavior guide line in the plant; wear PPE in right way; actively participate in EHS training; do housekeeping at work; report accidents and unsafe issues immediately join the accident disposal. Specific presentation can be reached in TMS system and individual job description.

College Diploma or Bachelor's degree
3 to 5 years working experience
Knowledge of SAP, ERP will be preferred
Written and Spoken English is well
