General Description:
Performance of tests required to support the work of the China Technical Center. The ability to use basic hydraulic / electrical / electronic equipment. Basic fabrication skills such as welding, machining and print reading are required. Working with test engineer or independently to conduct Timing system related test, engine setup and so on.
Key Responsibilities
Engine setup, disassembling/assembling, sensors installation.
Be capable of mechanical drawing review and analysis.
Support test engineer to conduct test, data record and analysis.
Familiar with Data acquisition equipment operation, calibration and maintenance.
Assures that tests are performed accurately and conform with all applicable ISO/QS Standards.
Complies with all applicable company Safety standards and practices.
Ability to effectively coordinate with other Technicians and Engineers in order to perform required tests.
Be conscious of lab quality management and continuous improvement .
