Focus on customer in projects development phase. Provide technical support to customer and help customer to solve technical issues. Also involve R&D to improve current design and support other departments (quality, manufacturing, sales and purchase, etc) from engineering side..
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Project development. Work with sales to attach new business. Provide suitable technical solution to meet new project requirement.
- Focus on customer. Commutation with customer for daily support and help customer to solve issues. Satisfy customer requirement in tech support, prototype, test, etc.
- Support other departments from engineering side
- R&D. Lead R&D projects and design improvement, release the new drawing or new design in system.
- Communication with oversea tech centers to get tech support or involve global projects.
- Strictly abide the EHS rules and regulations and behavior guide line in the plant; wear PPE in right way; actively participate in EHS training; do housekeeping at work; report accidents and unsafe issues immediately join the accident disposal. Specific presentation can be reached in TMS system and individual job description.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mechanical/electrical or engine preferred) desired (Univ. or College)
- 2~5 yrs automotive engine components experience preferred.
- Experience in the automotive industry preferred.
- Understanding of engine operating principles and some fundamental knowledge of electronics.
- Must be a team player and have good organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skill preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft office products - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Fair in written and spoken English
